What's New in TheWorxHub?

Release Notes 06.03.2026 – Version 26.18

Fixes & Improvements

In the current release of TheWorxHub, the following have been implemented and fixed.

Added ‘Sort By’ drop-down list to the Dashboard

  • Users can now sort the work order by priority in the Dashboard section including Asset Risk, Routine Duties, Approvals Required, and On Hold.

  • Work orders sorted by priority are grouped under their respective priority headers, consistent with the mobile app experience, and load within five seconds.

Removed Mandatory Location Field from Work Order/Schedule Work Order Templates Forms

  • Location field in Work order and scheduled work order is no longer displayed as required.

  • Users can now create and update the workorder/Schedule Workorder template without selecting a location.

  • This provides greater flexibility when location information is not applicable or not yet determined.

Added Acceptable Range Details to Meter Reading Confirmation Message

  • The meter reading confirmation message now displays the acceptable meter range of details across both the desktop and mobile applications (online and offline).

  • This allows technicians to immediately verify whether the entered value is within range, helping to prevent typos or incorrect entries at the point of input.

Issues Resolved

  • Resolved an issue where the meter panel on work orders with many meters (e.g., 80+) was taking more time to load.

  • Fixed an issue that prevented users from editing Risk Scoring for Biomed equipment through both the WorxIQ portal and individual site settings.

  • Resolved an issue where deactivated sites that are no longer part of a client's account will no longer appear in the Risk settings.

  • Fixed an issue where the labor timer was being auto-stopped days after a work order had already been completed, generating incorrect log entries with no associated labor.

  • Resolved an issue where technicians could inadvertently have two labor timers running simultaneously on different work orders, resulting in duplicated labor entries.

  • Fixed a recurring issue where HTML/formatting tags appeared as visible text in custom permits.

  • Fixed a bug where printing a work order from the Dashboard produced a "Sub report could not be shown" error message at the bottom of the generated PDF.
